The following is a brief description of the Perry Signature Homes Inc. Purchase Process:
- Choose the area in which you would like to live.
- Choose the lot in which to build your new home on.
- With the Area Manager, select/design a home plan that best compliments the features of the lot.
- Select the specification (Dwell or Urban), and the basic features that you would like included in your new home.
- Prepare an order form with the Area Manager.
- Review and approve final plans prior to construction start.
- Work with our professional staff and selected sub-trade/supplier partners to choose your interior finishes and to personalize your home.
- Sit back and watch your dream become a reality!
